Why this broccoli

High altitude

Grown between 2,700 and 3,200 metres above sea level in the Ecuadorian Sierra, with distinctive flavour and texture.

Continuous production

Stable supply throughout the year thanks to Ecuador's climatic conditions.

Residue-controlled

Clean agricultural management and batch testing against the maximum residue limits (MRLs) of each destination market.

Strategic alliances

Solidarity economy through agreements with local growers in provinces such as Bolívar and Cotopaxi.

How we work

Industrial processing

IQF technology

Individual quick freezing: each floret is frozen separately, so no large ice crystals form and the nutrients and texture stay intact.

Volume

2,400 t/month of vegetables processed at our Lasso plant, Latacunga (Cotopaxi).

Clean energy

Solar power

1,200+ solar panels: 75% of the plant runs on photovoltaic energy. Our greenhouse gas inventory is verified under ISO 14064-1.

Quality and export

BRCGS certification

Global food safety standard supporting batches controlled for contaminants and residues.

Destinations

From Ecuador to the world, with a strong position in demanding markets such as the United Arab Emirates.
